## Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

## Shipping time
Our products are shipped from our overseas fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery time after processing:

- United States: 6–15 business days
- Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 12–25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or customs processing.

## Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders. Any promotional shipping rates are shown at checkout.

## Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–7 days to update after the label is created.

## Customs and import duties
For international orders, your country may charge import taxes or duties. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

## Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

## Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, or your package shows delivered but you don't have it, email qualitysneakerking@gmail.com and we'll help.
